Mr. Robert Whitty is the Chief Financial Officer of LGC Global companies and served as Chief Financial Advisor to Lakeshore Healthcare Group for last 2.5 years. He has over 35 years of experience in financial and business management.
CFO of LGC Global Group is responsible for implementing the procedures & policies and ensuring adequate risk controls are in place including cash flow management. Maintain Liaison with banking, bonding and other financial institutions to ensure adequate financial and bonding capacity. Overseeing and setting up systems to track, control and optimize project planning tools including vendor cot, overhead cost and profits.
As a key member of executive team, responsible for providing leadership and mentoring to maximize employee efficiency by giving them right tools and knowledge. Set up measurable systems to improve and measure employee performance and efficiency for goal based incentive plan including defining criteria for discipline and accountability at all levels of organization.

Institute employee performance improvement plan (PIP) at all levels by evaluation of job description that matches capability. He serves as internal corporate general counsel liaison with oversight responsibility for all legal matters, contract documents with clients and sub contracts with vendors, dispute resolution and vendor compliance with contracts.
Mr. Whitty owned and operated COLONIAL CARE CORPORATION, Detroit, Michigan from January 1991 to 1999 by purchasing two nursing facilities out of bankruptcy. After exiting the business, he was retained as the Chief Financial Officer until the business was sold in August 2005. He was responsible for preparation of monthly financial statements, quarterly tax returns, and annual cost reports. Performed oversight of all financial matters
January 1991-92 retained by Michigan National Bank to provide managerial oversight of a Nursing Facility that was in default. Managed the facility and facilitated the sale. Retained as a consultant by Garden City Hospital to provide managerial analysis and support for their failing Nursing Facility.
Served and V.P of finance for CARE CENTERS OF MICHIGAN, Farmington Hills, Michigan from April 1979 to December 1990. Grew the corporation from two nursing facilities to nine facilities over eleven years. Responsibilities included; Director of finance for nine nursing facilities consisting of 1,528 beds, obtained financing for all acquisitions, negotiated labor contracts, implemented monthly budgets and follow-up analysis with each Administrator, Prepared all Certificates of Need.
Mr. Whitty has MBA in finance from UNIVERSITY OF DETROIT, Detroit, Michigan & BS in Business Administration from WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY, Detroit, Michigan.
