- Facility Management Services – This contract consists of Facilities Maintenance Services of 28 Detroit Public Facilities (DPS) within the City of Detroit. Facilities encompass nearly 2.4M SF of building space. Services being provided cover a full facility management contract, including but not limited to custodial services, operations, maintenance, skill trades and grounds keeping for DPS. This includes all primary mechanical and electrical support systems, structural, carpentry, maintenance, painting, roads and ground services, pest control, athletic field maintenance, snow and ice control , custodial services and custodial materials management.
- Asbestos Abatement – Performed Asbestos Sampling, Abatement, Air Monitoring, Disposal of Hazardous Waste and Material Replacement for 33 schools and 25 houses under an IDIQ contract spanning pipes, valves and fittings, boiler and tank ducts, floor tiles, ACM plaster applications, carpeting, windows, ceiling tiles, boards, sinks, table tops and debris clean-up. In addition, we also performed Negative Initial Determination (NID) for lead-based paint.
